Spring Break!

Well this last week was Scottys spring break and we had a blast! We were able to go down the Williamsburg and go to Busch Gardens. It was so much fun! The day was perfect it was seventy five, not to hot and not to cold and we were able ride quite a few rides. Barrick was absolutely amazing he was a perfect angel all day long. Also the park was very family friendly I was very impressed they had a station just for mothers and babies. The building had rooms for nursing mothers with leather chairs and changing tables bottle warmers anything you would need. So the day was ideal!

Barrick was so good all day long he didn't cry once at the park! On the way home he was pretty sad because he was hungry and tired but once we got back to our place and he ate he went right down and slept for ten hours straight! I know I am so lucky!

I love this picture of Scotty and Barrick he really turned into a daddy's boy this week with having Scotty around all day everyday!

This was best roller coaster I have ever been on and I have been to a lot of amusment parks! We had so much fun! Also thanks to Brady and Lauren for coming with us and sitting a few of the rides out so Scotty and I could ride a couple of them together!

That night we got together with five other couples in our ward and had dinner, an easter egg rolling race, and an easter egg hunt. This is Barrick and me right after the hunt.

Here is mommy lookin' smokin' hot like always! She is so overprotective of Barrick, I love it.

Barrick loves taking a bath in the big tub. We had to be careful to sensor these, but you can tell how happy he was!

Baby Blessing!

This last weekend was Barrick's baby blessing, finally! It took us quite a while to coordinate with the family, but we had a great time with all those who came out to visit.

With so many pictures being taken, there were quite a few cameras to look at, but Barrick knew where to look. Sure, there were better pictures with Grandma and Grandpa Nelson but Barrick thinks he looks so cool in this one we had to post it.

By the end of the day, Grandpa Nelson and Barrick were ready for a nap. Either that or they were listening to Alex argue something with me.....

Daddy's Shoes!

Well as you probably already guessed Barrick is wearing shoes that were Scottys when he was a baby. We wanted to get some pictures of him in them before he grew out of them. Valeri gave them to me at one of my baby showers, so this picture is for you.

Just some cute smiling pictures to go along with it. As you can tell he has Scotty's mouth. I love his big smile!

SPRING!

Well it may not officially be spring yet but we have had some warm days! Scotty bought this shirt for Barrick and I kept telling him it was too cold for him to wear, but as you can see it was warm enough and I thought he looked so cute I had so share with everyone.We took this picture because we have been telling everyone he has two different colored eyes and here is the proof. They still might change but I am convinced they are staying that way. As you can see his right eye is blue and his left is brown with a sliver of blue in it. Isn't he so cute!
